This notice explains what information lopezadame.com processes and the choices you have. The site is operated by Felipe de Jesús López Adame, based in Guanajuato, Mexico. For any privacy question or request, use the contact form and state that your message is a privacy request.
Information needed for the site to work
The site may save the following preferences in your browser:
- language,
- light or dark theme,
- your choice to opt out of or re-enable analytics.
These preferences are not used for advertising. Your language and theme settings stay in your browser until you change them or clear your browser data. If you opt out of analytics, the site keeps that choice until you allow analytics again or clear your browser data.
Cloudflare hosts and protects the site. To deliver pages, maintain security, and determine whether analytics may be enabled, it may process technical data such as your IP address, approximate country, requested path, date, browser, and network information under its privacy policy. The site receives only a response indicating whether the visit is eligible for analytics and does not store the country reported by Cloudflare.

If Cloudflare identifies that a visit comes from Mexico and you have not previously opted out, Google Analytics is enabled by default. If the visit comes from another country or Cloudflare cannot determine the country, Analytics does not load. The control at the beginning of this section shows the current status and lets you choose Opt out of analytics or Allow analytics again.
When enabled, Google Analytics may collect:
- pages and sections viewed, their order, and the last section reached,
- the referring site or campaign,
- language, device type, and browser,
- country or approximate location,
- clicks on calls to action, LinkedIn, and internal links, as well as contact-form starts and successful submissions.
Links I share may include campaign labels to distinguish sources such as my LinkedIn profile, a QR code on a printed card, or an email signature. Before sending a page view to Analytics, the site removes the URL fragment and any query parameter that is not used for campaign tracking.
I do not send your name, email address, messages, or other contact information to Google Analytics. Google may process your IP address temporarily to operate and protect the service and derive an approximate location; the raw IP address does not appear in my Analytics reports. User-level and event-level data will be retained for 14 months.
I do not use Google Signals, personalized advertising, remarketing, or User-ID. I also do not link the property to Google Ads. First-party Analytics cookies are configured to expire after no more than six months.
Opting out does not affect any site functionality. It stops future collection, saves your choice, and removes the Analytics cookies that the site can control from your browser. Opting out cannot delete data that was sent previously.
Google processes this information under its Analytics privacy terms and safeguards and may process it outside Mexico.
When you contact me
The contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. When you submit it, Web3Forms receives, validates, stores, and forwards that information to deliver your message to me. It may also process technical data such as your IP address, date, referring page, and browser.
hCaptcha helps prevent automated submissions. To determine whether an interaction comes from a person, it may process technical and interaction data such as your IP address, browser, device, pointer movements, scrolling, and keystrokes. It may use cookies that are strictly necessary for security and operation.
If you contact me, I will use your name, contact details, organization, and whatever you share only to reply, continue the conversation, and consider the collaboration, role, or educational activity you contacted me about. I will not add you to marketing or newsletter lists.
I will keep the conversation only as long as needed and, as a general rule, no longer than 12 months after the last exchange. I may keep it longer if the relationship continues, you ask me to, or a legal obligation requires it. Web3Forms states that it may retain submission data for up to three years unless it is deleted sooner or a shorter period applies to the plan in use.
Providers and processing outside Mexico
I use these providers to operate the site:
- Cloudflare, for the domain, delivery, performance, and security;
- Google Analytics, to measure eligible visits from Mexico that have not opted out;
- Web3Forms, to receive, validate, store, and forward contact-form messages;
- hCaptcha, to prevent spam and abuse;
- LinkedIn, only when you choose to use that channel.
These providers may process information in other countries under their own terms and safeguards. See the privacy policies for Web3Forms, hCaptcha,Cloudflare, and Google Analytics. I do not sell or rent your personal information, and I do not use it to create advertising profiles.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have sent me, object to its use, or withdraw your consent. Use the contact form, state that your message is a privacy request, and explain which information or processing activity your request concerns. I may ask for additional information reasonably needed to confirm your identity before responding.
Some technical or analytics data may not identify you directly. If I cannot link a request to a specific record, I will explain that limitation.
Security and changes
I use reasonable measures to reduce unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
If the way the site uses information changes, I will update this notice and its date. An update will not reactivate analytics after you have opted out unless a legal obligation requires a new choice.
